Rental Refund Policy:
Charges will not be made until the safe is ready to ship. Once the safe is loaded, payment will not be refunded. A receipt will be emailed as soon as the payment is processed.
Sales Refund Policy:
New Safes –
Once deposit is placed, it is nonrefundable. Once the product is made, there are no returns, and they are custom-made safes built to your preferences.
Used Safes –
Used safes are sold AS IS, and units are tested here before leaving the warehouse for any issues. Users are welcome to test them here as well.
Privacy –
The Safe Man, LLC will not share/sell your information with any other entity.
Security Policy:
Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and addresses, so it cannot be read over the internet.
Shipping Policy:
All product is delivered by The Safe Man, LLC. Arrangements are on a case-by-case basis.
